• 7-Day Checking Warranty: We offer a 7-day return and exchange policy. If you receive a damaged, defective, or incorrect item, you can return it within 7 days of delivery.

• Conditions for Return:

  • New Tech Accessories: Must be unused, in their original packaging, with all seals, tags, and accessories intact.

  • Used Laptops: Must be in the exact same condition as delivered, with no physical damage or missing chargers.

• How to Initiate a Return: Please contact our customer support team via WhatsApp or email with your Order ID and a short video/picture of the issue.

• Refund Process: Once we receive and inspect the returned item, your refund will be processed via Bank Transfer or EasyPaisa/JazzCash within 3-5 working days.
